William Frederick Wells

Born: 1764
Died: 1836
Biography
Watercolor-painter, etcher, drawing-master. He was based in London, but toured in Britain and continental Europe. Ca. 1804 he became a founder member of the Society of Painters in Watercolours. He also exhibited drawings at the Royal Academy.
