A statement delivered to the King with the report, with an account of the delivery of the statement and address. A statement read to the General Assembly by the President on 29th November 29th 1803. Copies of proceedings in Council and General Assembly at the end of 1803.|
Loose documents in the volume include an address to the King, delivered by the President in January 1804. A statment read by the President to the new Council on 3rd January 1803. A copy of the resolution that all entries relative to the censure of the rebel members of Council be expunged. Lastly a sketch by Westall of a "large" picture by Callcott.
