The Royal Academy has undertaken an ambitious project to conserve, photograph and catalogue its unique Collection of paintings, sculpture, prints, drawings, photographs, archives and historic books. The launching of this online searchable catalogue marks a significant milestone for the project. It begins a process that will ultimately open up the Collection for the first time to the widest possible audience.
