Content DescriptionHe is minded to take a chaise to Hendon to pay his debt to her, and take a "peep at those beauties of the country", a mildly ribald remark in reference to the daughter of John Angerstein; continues to debate some project relating the family; finishes by stating he is weary of work, although the more difficult paintings keep him engaged; he throws in a terrible pun uttered by Mr. Jekyll relating to the diet of the Russian soldiery.
