By John Soane, Architect To The Bank Of England, And Member Of The Royal Academies Of Parma And Florence. - To Which Are Added, Six Designs For Improving And Embellishing Of Grounds, With Sections And Explanations. By An Amateur. The Whole Engraved On Fifty-Four Plates. London: Printed for J. Taylor, at the Architectural Library, No. 59, High Holborn. - MDCCXCVIII.' The two works reprinted here had first been published separately in 1793, and all the plates carry the publication-date of Jan. 1 1793.

Most plates are aquatints; the rest are line-etchings.
Responsibility NoteThe 'Amateur' referred to on the title-page of the 'Six Designs' was named in the first edition as 'G.J. Parkyns'.

No plate is signed. Each carries the publisher's imprint of I. and J. Taylor, and the date (1793).
