Summary NoteThe publication-date of 1736 is given by the title-page, the Censura, Licencia (November 1736), Aprobacion and privilege; but the dedication and the colophons of Books I and III carry the date of 1735. This is the fourth edition of the work (first edition 1585 (Bks. I, II) and 1587 (Bks. III, IV); second, 1589; third, 1675).

The text and woodcut illustrations describe: Bk. I. geometrical propositions; Bk. II. human proportion and anatomy (with Enguera's Addicion on the sun's rays); Bk. III. animals; Bk. IV. architectural orders and church furniture. The only plate shows the arms of the dedicatee. The title-page vignette shows a portrait of Ioan De Arphe.

The printer is named on the title-page as 'La Imprenta De La La Viuda De Don Pedro Enguera', but in the two colophons as 'La Imprenta De Don Pedro Enguera' (1735).
