Summary NoteThe publication date of 1665 is carried by both title plates and by the two folding plates of Part II. The second folding plate of Part II carries the date 1664.
Responsibility NoteIn Part I the portrait of Artus Quellinius is signed as drawn and engraved by Hubertus Quellinius. Plates A, C and F are signed 'Artus Quellinus e marmore exsculpsit. Hubertus Quellinus æri incidit'; most are signed simply 'A.Q.' and 'H.Q.', many simply 'A.Q.', and a few are unsigned. In Part II the two folding and the two double plates are signed by A. Quellinus and H. Quellinus; no other plate is signed.

The work is dedicated by Hubertus Quellinus to the Regeerende Burgermeesteren der Stadt Amsterdam.
