Content DescriptionArmstead encloses a letter to himself from Thomas Woolner, 29 Welbeck Street, 2 May 1885, proposing a change in the display of his statue of Lord F. Cavendish in the Sculpture Room. Armstead had explained to Woolner that when the arrangement of the Room was complete, his jurisdiction ended, and his letter would therefore be passed on to the Secretary for consideration by the Council.
