|Content Description||He thinks the principle set out in the circular of March 7th very sound, provided they are able to obtain a suitable exhibition building they would then be on the same footing as the Societie des artistes Francais. So long as the principle exhibition is at the Royal Academy the RA Council should have sole power over the works admitted. So he cannot sign the circular, and he thinks no member of the Academy could.|
