| Content Description | Booklets containing lists of the names of those members of Council who were in attendance at each Council meeting. The booklets are initially prefaced by a list of the members serving on Council each year. The lists of names are initialled by the President, later by the Secretary. From 1780 to 1783 the books contain accounts of payments for attendance made to individual members. The lists are mostly in the form of members' own signatures; lists for the 1820s and 1830s are compiled by the Secretary. |
